Thursday 14th June - Music night at Portland Road's first ever Arts Festival

Thursday night is Live music night at the Festival. There are 3 really exciting events to choose between. The All Saints Concert Band playing big band versions of popular songs and classical hits. A collaboration between two award-winning local classical artists - harpist Keziah Thomas and opera singer Melanie Lodge. Or if you prefer something more rustic then go see the combined talents of the Old Palace Clog and the Northwood Morris Men for traditional english music and dance.

All Saints Concert Band bring their unique fun brand of Big Band music to the Stanley halls. They will be playing a thrilling mix of soundtracks, popular hits and classical music in a show that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face - young, old or anywhere in between.

Old Palace Clog and the Northwood Morris Men
Outside the Gold Coast, Portland Road. From 7 pm. FREE!!!
The all-girl Old Palace Clog team up with the Northwood Morris Men to bring you a show filled with the most English of entertainment. Clog dancing and Morris dancing have their roots in the most ancient British tradition so it's not to be missed.
