Portland Road's first ever Arts Festival

From the 13th to the 17th of June Portland Road will be home to South Norwood's first ever Arts Festival. There's music, dance, film, poetry, art exhibitions and more at the festival. The events will be hosted at different venues on Portland Road and around. There's also 2 competitions running - a poster competition for kids and the My South Norwood photography competition for all ages. Many of the events are completely free of charge and those that are not are excellent value for money so come along to as many as you can!

Hello and welcome to South Norwood's first ever Arts Festival!

We have been working together with other community groups, individuals and businesses to stage a five day Festival filled with entertainment, art and fun.

There is something for everyone - have a look through the events listed on this website to find something you fancy and bring your family, friends and neighbours.

Without the support and enthusiasm of the participants listed here the Festival would not have been possible so please come along to help make South Norwood a community people are proud of.

The businesses who advertised in our brochure have made it all possible and really deserve your support. We would also like to thank CETS and Nadia Jones (District Centre Manager) for their contributions to the festival.

Special thanks are due to Kilostate, the Portland Road Estate Agent, for funding the photo competition and to Christopher Gordon printers who have provided their services for free to publish the brochure which accompanies the Festival.
